A couple from Frans Smeers. I have featured one of his pieces before, Fillette au bateau, here, as part of the Bare Beach Babies series. Frans Smeers was a Belgian painter, born in the 1880s and died in the 1950s. That’s the extent of the biographical information I could find on him.
