I don’t know if Frank Dicksee was associated with the Pre-Raphaelites, but many of his paintings, including this one, have a definite Pre-Raphaelite feel to them.
(Update: Having researched him a bit more, I discovered that Dicksee was indeed a Pre-Raphaelite.)
